BoricuaCentral.com ship all packages by either USPS or UPS. UPS rates are calculated using UPS actual shipping cost based on order weight and your shipping to zip code. Most non personalized orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Personalized items may take up to 3 to 5 business days before shipment and International orders take 1 week. Express and rush shipping is available at additional cost.
Request for refund/exchange must be made within seven days of receipt of items. We may, at our discretion, require you to return the damaged product or offer other proof such as photo of the item.
