We are pleased to offer extended easy returns up to 45 days from purchase. Shop knowing they will love the gift, and just in case they don't, you may return purchases up to 45 days after the purchase date. If you are not 100% completely satisfied, we will gladly accept any items for an exchange or refund as long as the item is in new condition. Please follow the simple instructions below to make your return easy and hassle-free.

Defective / Broken Items
Any defective or broken item will be replaced within 15 days of delivery if a like item is available, in the case of the like item being unavailable you will be refunded the item cost.

How do I Return or Exchange an Item?
Not satisfied with an item? We want to make the return process as easy as possible so to get an exchange or refund you just create an RMA ticket #. To do this simply email us at info@boricuacentral.com with what you would like to return and why. Items shipped with free shipping that are returned may be subject to additional shipping and handling costs. Items must be in new condition for a full refund. Items that are not in new condition may be subject to a restocking fee or illegible for return. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error. Orders shipped via free shipping or any other shipping promotion and returned may be subject to regular shipping charges.
